AmeriKing is a solo studio. I lead design, product direction, and implementation — no account managers, no junior dev queue.
Most of my background is construction and public-infrastructure software: field reporting, crew coordination, agency dashboards. The work below is that same standard, opened up for client projects.

Landing pages include 1–2 revision rounds. Professional sites and modernization projects include 2 structured rounds. Custom builds define revision milestones in the proposal. Additional rounds can be added if scope expands.
Landing pages: 1–2 weeks. Professional sites: 2–4 weeks. Modernization: 2–3 weeks. Custom tools and apps: 4–12+ weeks depending on complexity. Rush timelines are available — noted in your quote.
Small updates and fixes can be arranged per-request — optional, not required. I don't host your project; you deploy and run it on your infrastructure.
